Raymond Gagne, a stable hand, videos the end of the first race Saturday, July 11 at the JDA Racetrack at Evergreen Park during the first horse race of the 2020 season which included new regulations to try to keep patrons staff and participants from getting infected with Covid 19. While Gagne is from the Grande Prairie area there are stables from as far as Saskatchewan taking part in this years horse racing season.
