St. Mary Reservoir Provincial Recreation Area, Alberta
Saskatoon bushes, or serviceberries as they are known in Southern Alberta, are in full bloom in the St. Mary Lower Campground southwest of Lethbridge. A dead end loop of the St Mary River in the lower campground provides plenty of wildlife habitat for campers and day use patrons to see.
