A pair of combines almost appear to be harvesting a crop of dust as they work on cleaning up canola swaths that have sat over the winter in a field just north of Clairmont Sunday afternoon. Farmers, who were out tackling getting last season’s crops off the field so they can begin seeding, were also racing against a spring storm that was expected to dump between 40-50 mm of rain across the central section of Alberta in a band stretching from Grande Prairie to Red Deer Sunday and Monday.
