Gary Dixon unloads an old Massey Harris combine into Gerald Logan's 1949 Reo while a current John Deere combine waits as another unit unloads into a grain buggy as they harvest Canada Prairie Spring (CPS) wheat takes place on Gary and wife Shirley's land for the Bear Lake Growing Project. The grain will be sold and money donated to the Canadian Food Grains Bank. This year the project had a number of groups and individuals from around the South Peace sponsor an acre to cover the input costs so all the money from the grain sold could be donated.
