A father holds his young son, who has a burned leg which is being treated to prevent infection. The medical clinic in Bubazi provides both basic medical care and a dispensary along with maternal care, immunizations and laboratory services. The two biggest health problems they deal with are malaria and worms from the water sources in the region. There are 23 people on staff including eight nurses, one pharmacist, two lab techs, one nutritionist and several administrative support workers including a data manager and accountant.
