Grovedale, Alberta.13/02/10.Dale Thompson uses a team of horses to collect firewood from his land for use in his daughter and son-in-laws wood burning heat system. The sled with bunks that Thompson is using has been rebuilt but is one he used to haul firewood when he lived at home in Saskatchewan 50 years ago.
